Frequently Asked Questions
Where are your programs located?
All our programs are located in Ottawa, ON, with the majority of our leagues taking place in the east end of town (Orleans-Gloucester-Cumberland).
Do you offer girls only programming?
Yes. In addition to our popular co-ed programs, we also offer girls-only programming at most age groups.
Do you need prior experience in order to register?
We welcome players of all skill levels to Capital Cardinals programs. Players will have the option at older ages to take part in competitive or recreational streams based on their desired athletic outcomes.
Are we able to make friend requests?
Yes, parents/guardians will have the option at registration to submit friend requests for players. While we aim to grant as many friend requests as possible, the number 1 priority for all of our leagues is to create balanced teams.
What equipment do players need ahead of time?
Players are responsible for providing their own mouthguard. All other necessary equipment will be provided by the league and are included in your registration costs.
