Fall 2026 Programs

Join us weeknights @ St. Francis of Assisi ES (795 Watters Rd.) for our fall Intro to Flag Football program. This 10 week program will introduce players to proper throwing mechanics, how to run “routes”, defensive schemes and more. Learn the basics of one of the fastest growing sports in North America before committing to a league. No prior experience necessary.

Dates: Sep 28th, Oct 5, 19th, Nov 2, 9, 16, 23, 30th, Dec 7, 14th 2026
Cost: $150
Ages: Junior (2019-2021), Intermediate (2015-2018)
Practice Times: Mondays, Junior 6:30-7:30pm, Intermediate 7:30-8:30pm
Location: St. Francis of Assisi ES (795 Watters Rd.) – Indoor program
Equipment Needed: All players must provide their own mouthguard
