Summer 2026 Programs

FREE Try-It Night

On Monday, July 13th we will be running a FREE try-it night for families interested in signing their kids up for the Aug-Oct program. Come by Sir Wilfred Laurier SS (1515 Tenth Line Rd., Orleans) field from 6-7pm and take part in an hour long mini-practice/scrimmage where players will learn to throw, catch, and defend from our Capital Cardinals coaching staff.

The event is open to boys & girls born between 2012-2020. Players will be split up into groups on site based on age. We ask that any interested parties please complete the FREE registration at the link below.

Fall 2026 Programs

Join us weeknights @ Sir Wilfred Laurier SS (1515 Tenth Line Rd., Orleans) for our fall 2026 Flag Football program. This 12 week program will introduce players to proper throwing mechanics, how to run “routes”, defensive schemes and more. Players will take part in an NFL Flag football combine before being drafted onto teams. Teams will then compete over the course of the season with weekly practices and games at fields located in Orleans, ON. No prior experience necessary.

Dates: August 10th to October 30th, 2026.
Cost: $125 – Early Bird Pricing Until June 30th 2026
Ages: Junior (2019-2021), Intermediate (2016-2018), Middle School (2013-2015), High School (2008-2012)
Practice Times: Juniors & Intermediates 6-7pm, Middle School & High School 7-8pm
Equipment Needed: All players must provide their own mouthguard
